Job Assist program :

CareerAssist is an integration between Business Toys's Career Service & hirist
aimed at providing an enhanced job search experience to the learners. You are
eligible for the especial services from hirist for a period of six months.
Our offerings as part of this program are:

1. Pro-Feature Activation

•   Job Insights: Access to “Insights” helps you compare your application against all other applications received for a particular job.
•   Recruiter Action Status: The ability to view the status of job applications whenever a recruiter takes any action.
•   Follow-up: Candidates get access to one follow-up per week to a job they have applied to. If not used will be carried forward onto the next week.
•   Chat feature: Initiate chat with the recruiter who has shortlisted your application.

2. Spotlight Activation

•   Candidates' profile relatively pushed with the list of applicants for jobs applied that align with acquired certification.
•   Profile highlighted with the institute's/certifying body's name at the recruiter interface along with a testimony that the candidate has acquired the certification/completed the course.
•   Improve Candidates’ Relative Rank by 30-40%. The highest-ranked candidate appears at the top on the recruiter’s panel.
